Ordering Online

  1. Visit our online shop to view our range of adjustable beds
  2. If you are looking for a bed for one person, choose our Single (4ft) adjustable bed.
  3. If you are looking for a bed for two people, choose from our Double (5ft) or Super King (6ft) adjustable beds. These have individual, separate, dual controlled mattresses.
  4. Once you have selected the size of your bed, you can customise some features to suit your style.
  5. Choose your colour by clicking Navy, Beige, or Grey.
  6. Choose your leg style by clicking Wooden, or Glide.
  7. Choose your quantity, and click Add to Cart, or Buy with Apple Pay.
  8. Our online shop is secure and safe to use with your credit or debit card and we accept multiple payment types.

  11. Did you know you can also claim VAT back on your adjustable bed if you are buying it for a medical reason? That’s why we show two prices - one with VAT and one without. Let us know when you speak to us and we can send you the Revenue form and help with filling it out. 
  12. If you don’t want to order via our online shop, you can of course purchase your adjustable bed directly with us. Visit us at our showroom in Ballylanders Co. Limerick to try the range for yourself.

Delivery & Set Up

  1. Once you have placed your order with us online or over the phone, we make your adjustable bed specifically for you and apply the custom features you have selected.
  2. We make and deliver your adjustable bed within two weeks (14 working days) from ordering. There is no charge for delivery.
  3. We will arrange a date and time that suits you to deliver your new adjustable bed.
  4. We just ask that the room is cleared in advance, then our friendly drivers Mike and Frank will set up your new bed, which typically takes around 40 minutes.
  5. Mike and Frank will show you how to use the remote handset to control the bed, making sure you are comfortable with how to set it to your liking.
  6. We will take away all packaging and even take away your old mattress and base if needed. Please note we cannot take away heavy wooden headboards etc.
  7. Your bed is ready to sleep on straight away, though we would advise waiting a couple of hours for the mattress to settle.
  8. We use a very reliable German manufacturer for the electric parts that move the bed frame, and for the remote control handset. In the unlikely event you have any issues with your bed or handset, there is a five year warranty, and we also carry spare handsets at a small charge in case of loss.
